Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using PrintEZ printer vending machines (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

PrintEZ operates automated printer vending machines that allow users to upload PDF documents via QR code and web interface, pay online, and receive prints instantly.

Pricing and Payment

Payments are processed via Cashfree Payments. Pricing is calculated as (Pages × Price per Page × Copies). Current rates: B&W ₹2/page, Color ₹5/page. Prices include all applicable taxes.

User Responsibilities

Prohibited Use

You may not use the service to print illegal material, counterfeit documents, copyrighted material without permission, or obscene content. Violation may result in immediate service termination and legal action.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India. Parties agree to attempt arbitration before pursuing litigation.

Note: PrintEZ is currently operating as a prototype service and is not yet a registered business entity. These terms remain legally binding during this phase.
