Welcome to PrintEZ. We operate automated printer vending machines that allow you to print documents on-demand. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

Information We Collect

2.1 Document Files

When you use our service, you upload PDF documents for printing. These files are:

• Temporarily stored in Cloudflare R2
• Automatically deleted within 24 hours
• Never accessed or viewed by our staff
• Transmitted via encrypted HTTPS/TLS

2.2 Session & Payment Data

We collect minimal session data (Session ID, metadata, machine ID) and payment status processed by Cashfree Payments. We do NOT collect or store your credit card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank credentials.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption, secure cloud architectures, and machine-level authentication. While we strive for 100% security, please remember that no electronic transmission is absolute.

Your data is primarily stored in India. Our providers may use global data centers, all protected by strict encryption protocols and standard contractual clauses.
