Full Refund (100%)

  • Machine jams or hardware failure
  • Empty ink cartridges (blank pages)
  • Duplicate charges for same job
  • Power outage during printing

No Refund

  • Uploaded the wrong document
  • Selected wrong color/copy settings
  • Document not collected (30 min timeout)
  • Low quality source file
